Every visitor, remembered
Whoever has ever written is a contact - on the website, by email or in a messaging app: their name and email when they gave them, local time and location, the IP address and network of their last visit to the website chat, device, language, the page they were on, custom data from your site, and every past conversation. Search them, filter them, export them.
Everything stored on a contact profile
Found from any fragment
Part of a name, an email address, a phone number, a city or a custom field is enough, whatever the case. Show everyone, only people with an email, anonymous visitors or the blocked, and open a contact from the list or straight from the right-hand panel of any conversation.
Tags on every conversation
Tag a conversation from the thread - “trade”, “vip”, “refund-pending” - and filter the inbox by tag, or find a tag with Ctrl+K. A contact’s page lists each of their conversations with its tags.
Where they are, and on what
Their time zone and local time; the country, region and city, IP address and network (provider and AS number) the chat was last opened from; browser and operating system, preferred language, and the page they were on - so you know whether 9am is a good time to reply.
Custom data from your site
Pass a customer ID, subscription plan, or order count from your page when the chat loads; it shows on the profile and never selects another person’s conversation history. Your team can keep fields of its own beside it.
Block abusive visitors
Block a visitor from their profile or thread and their new messages are refused at the server boundary from then on; unblock with one click when the storm has passed.
Bulk import and CSV export
Import existing contacts from CSV or JSON - or bring them over from Crisp with their conversations - matched by email so nobody is added twice, and export the list, as filtered, to CSV on Starter and above.
Built into every conversation thread
Your team never has to switch tabs to look up who is writing. Every conversation in the inbox displays the visitor’s contact card, the fields your team keeps on them, what their website sent, and links to every previous thread they have opened - on the website chat, by email, or on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger or Telegram.
